"We have had multiple policies with State Farm for the past 3–4 years, but this recent experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After adding a new car to our policy, no one informed us what the monthly charges would be. we started seeing multiple unexplained charges on our account—almost $470 just for adding the car, along with other different charges. For over a month, I have tried calling multiple times a day to get clarification, but no one answers or returns calls. The last time we spoke to anyone was almost three weeks ago with someone named Sean. He said he didn’t have access to account details and told us he would speak with Ashley and call us back. We never received any call or update. The lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable, especially for long-term customers with multiple policies. All we want is a clear explanation of the charges and to speak with someone who can actually help. Instead, we’ve been completely ignored. Very disappointed with the service and responsiveness."

"Extremely disappointing experience: I called to cancel my insurance on May 29, 2024 which was my renewal date, but they had already deducted over $200 for my upcoming month’s auto and renter’s insurance. When I contacted them to cancel, the agent was extremely rude, even going so far as to say that no other company would give me a deal like theirs, and raised their voice at me during the call. Later, I received a refund of only $14, which was for the renter’s insurance. Despite calling multiple times—both customer care and the agent directly—each call lasting over an hour, I never received the full refund I was owed. This whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and time-consuming. I would not recommend this insurance company or their agent to anyone."
